TidyPacket is an AI-powered email cleanup service that:

• Connects to your Gmail account via secure OAuth
• Analyzes emails using AI to identify spam, newsletters, and promotions
• Helps you review and delete unwanted emails
• Provides cleanup statistics and history

3. Account Requirements

• You must have a valid Google/Gmail account
• You must be at least 13 years old
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account or use the Service on behalf of others without authorization

4. Gmail Access & Permissions

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant TidyPacket permission to:

• Read your email messages and metadata
• Delete or trash emails you approve
• Manage email labels

You can revoke this access at any time from your Google Account settings or from the TidyPacket Settings page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Interfere with other users' use of the Service
• Violate Google's Terms of Service
• Use the Service to send spam or unwanted communications

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier

The free tier allows you to scan up to 100 emails. No payment is required.

Paid Plans

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or as one-time purchases
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to taxes
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

8. AI Analysis Disclaimer

TidyPacket uses AI to analyze and categorize emails. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI recommendations are not 100% accurate
• Important emails may occasionally be incorrectly flagged for deletion
• You should always review AI recommendations before acting
• We are not responsible for incorrect AI categorizations or resulting data loss

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (Google, Stripe, etc.)

10. Service Availability

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee it
• The Service may be interrupted for maintenance or updates
• We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

11. Intellectual Property

TidyPacket, its logo, and all related content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our permission.

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings
• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.
